The 2025 class, comprising 30 individuals selected through a rigorous application process, demonstrates strong leadership potential and commitment to inclusion initiatives. Participants will engage in ADCOLOR University, hosted in the FUTURES Hub powered by Apple, and the annual FUTURES Hackathon, a one-day challenge to develop innovative solutions. Deutsch will also capture their stories through a bespoke portrait session and yearbook.

Empowering Seasoned Professionals with LEADERS Program

The ADCOLOR LEADERS program, in its fourth year, supports professionals with over 15 years of experience as they ascend to executive roles. “It's been incredibly rewarding to watch the ADCOLOR LEADERS program flourish and build a powerful community of purpose-driven professionals,” said Criseli Roddy, Director of Programs at ADCOLOR. The 2025 class of 30 professionals will participate in cutting-edge workshops, thought leader discussions, and self-exploration exercises to foster innovative and inclusive leadership practices.

Driving Industry Impact Through Mentorship

“We are thrilled to welcome a new generation of trailblazers to the ADCOLOR FUTURES program,” said Candace Queen, Strategic Growth Advisor at ADCOLOR. “This program is a vital investment in the future of our industries and will empower this year’s dynamic group with the mentorship, community, and curated experiences they need to thrive.” Both FUTURES and LEADERS programs emphasize ADCOLOR’s mission to help professionals rise in their careers while reaching back to support their communities, driving meaningful change in creative industries.

Both programs offer attendance to the ADCOLOR 2025 event, featuring the 19th Annual ADCOLOR Awards and Conference, held November 11-14 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. Themed “CTRL + ALT + LIFT,” the event will provide a platform for networking, learning, and celebrating diversity and innovation in the creative sector.

ADCOLOR’s 2025 FUTURES and LEADERS classes represent a commitment to cultivating talent and fostering inclusion in creative industries. Through mentorship, training, and the upcoming conference, these programs empower professionals to lead and innovate, shaping a brighter future for their industries.
