Conduent Incorporated, a global technology-driven business solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Michael J. Fucci to its Board of Directors. Mr. Fucci brings over four decades of leadership experience, most notably from his tenure as Deloitte US Chair from 2015 to 2019. Michael J. Fucci's career is deeply rooted in professional services, having begun at a predecessor firm of Deloitte in 1981. He played a critical role in building the firm's human capital practice into an industry leader and later served as its Chief Operating Officer before rising to the role of US Chair, where he provided oversight on key strategic priorities until his retirement in 2020.
