Mike Portegello's extensive background includes leading global audit engagements for public and private companies at Ernst & Young, spanning emerging startups to multi-billion-dollar multinational organizations. His experience in guiding high-growth entities through IPOs and strategic operations positions him to support ePlus in long-term value creation amid market volatility.

Since retiring from Ernst & Young, Portegello has served as an investor and advisor to technology companies focused on generative artificial intelligence and health technology, aligning with ePlus' emphasis on innovative solutions.

Portegello's credentials include Certified Public Accountant status, an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University, complemented by recent executive education in venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance from Columbia Business School.

This appointment enhances ePlus' governance as it advances its portfolio in artificial intelligence, security, cloud, networking, and managed services across global markets.
