The Sequence Assistant Agent helps operators troubleshoot sequence-function-driven control logic by analyzing real-time deviations alongside historical failures. During equipment startup, such as steam turbine operations, it can quickly identify stalled sequences and recommend corrective actions, reducing troubleshooting time from hours to seconds.
The Alarm Insight Agent helps operators manage alarm floods by prioritizing alerts based on severity and operational context. Instead of responding to hundreds of simultaneous notifications, plant personnel receive summarized insights highlighting the most critical issues and recommended responses.
The Predictive Maintenance Agent continuously monitors critical equipment health, identifying signs of degradation before failures occur. The solution prioritizes maintenance activities, helping organizations reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset reliability.
The Root Cause Agent performs real-time analysis by correlating alarms, equipment conditions, and operational data across the plant. Rather than focusing only on the automation system, it identifies underlying causes of equipment issues, allowing maintenance teams to address problems proactively.
The Loop Performance Monitor Agent evaluates control loop performance to detect issues such as oscillation, deadband, and poor tuning. It provides engineering teams with evidence-based recommendations to optimize process control and operational stability.
