Genesis Research Group has announced that its EVID AI evidence synthesis platform will be made available free of charge through 2026 for approved life sciences organizations and eligible researchers. The platform, developed in-house and refined through two years of real-world application, is designed to support structured evidence work across literature reviews, surveillance, and systematic review processes. This move aims to broaden access to advanced evidence synthesis tools across healthcare and life sciences research ecosystems.
Genesis Research Group is opening up its EVID AI platform to approved users at no cost through the end of 2026. The platform is designed to streamline evidence synthesis by bringing fragmented research workflows into a unified, structured environment.
Developed internally by Genesis scientists, EVID AI has been tested and refined through practical use in client-facing evidence projects, ensuring it aligns with real-world research requirements in the life sciences sector.
EVID AI provides a centralized workspace for conducting a wide range of evidence-related activities. These include rapid evidence queries, targeted literature reviews, ongoing surveillance of published research, and full systematic reviews.
By consolidating these workflows into a single platform, EVID AI aims to reduce inefficiencies associated with managing multiple disconnected tools and processes.
The platform is designed to support multiple modes of engagement depending on user needs. Researchers and organizations can independently run projects, collaborate with Genesis experts, or fully delegate evidence synthesis tasks to the Genesis team.
This flexible model allows users to tailor their level of involvement while maintaining consistency in methodology and output quality.
EVID AI has been developed specifically for life sciences applications, including Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions.
By aligning with these domains, the platform supports faster and more structured decision-making across drug development, commercialization, and patient access pathways.
Approved users will receive free access to the EVID AI platform until 31 December 2026. In addition to platform access, users can optionally engage Genesis experts for support in areas such as protocol design, search strategy development, screening, interpretation, and full project execution.
Expert services are offered separately based on organizational needs, allowing users to scale support as required.
The introduction of EVID AI reflects a broader shift toward digitizing and structuring evidence generation in healthcare and life sciences. By integrating AI into research workflows, organizations can improve the speed, consistency, and transparency of evidence synthesis activities.
This approach is intended to reduce uncertainty in decision-making and enhance the quality of insights used across clinical, regulatory, and market access contexts.
