iCOUNTER, the leader in proactive threat intelligence to outpace targeted cyber, third-party attacks and financial fraud, today announced two additions to its executive leadership team: Lisa Hayashi as Chief Marketing Officer and Bob Kalchthaler as Chief Financial Officer. The appointments deepen iCOUNTER's leadership bench at a pivotal moment of growth and reinforce the company's commitment to building a team with proven cybersecurity and high-growth operating credentials.
iCOUNTER appoints Lisa Hayashi as CMO and Bob Kalchthaler as CFO.
Hayashi brings 20+ years in technology marketing; previously VP of Marketing at Mimic and Uptycs, and CMO at SafeGuard Cyber.
Kalchthaler previously served as CFO of Adlumin and CFO of Altruista Health, both resulting in successful exits with combined value over $500M.
Kalchthaler joined iCOUNTER as CFO in February 2026.
