Mark has more than 25 years of experience in high-profile leadership roles across technology, media, and consumer industries, and he will lead iCOUNTER's financial strategy and operations as the company scales to meet growing demand for precision threat intelligence.

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, media and consumer industries.
He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of SimpliSafe.
Before SimpliSafe, he was CFO and Executive Vice President of Madison Square Garden Entertainment, helping guide the company through the COVID-19 pandemic.
He previously served as Deputy CFO of WeWork, helping secure more than $10 billion in equity and debt capital.
Mark will work closely with Chairman and CEO John Watters to support expansion of the Counter Threat Operating System to more enterprise and public sector organizations.
