Milind Shah brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in IT strategy, operations, and service delivery to CompassMSP. He has held senior roles at prominent firms such as ITsavvy, Oak9, and Xerox IT Solutions, where he notably led a division generating over $800 million in revenue. His diverse cross-industry experience—spanning healthcare, retail, and SaaS security—reflects a deep focus on execution and delivering tangible customer value.
