PwC’s MSS includes key services such as round-the-clock dedicated support for inquiries and technical responses, integration with Jira ITSM for SLA tracking, custom reporting, and tailored workflows. Strategic Refocus of DarkLab

As part of this expansion, PwC’s DarkLab has refocused strategically within the Consulting practice on Managed Security Services, with emphasis on Exposure Management and Attack Surface Management to align technical defenses with business goals.
