This collaboration builds on their initial relationship from early 2024, enabling PwC to offer the watchTowr Platform through its Managed Security Service (MSS) for continuous exposure validation and faster response than attackers.
The partnership focuses on helping organizations identify and confirm exploitable weaknesses in their external attack surface before exploitation occurs. watchTowr’s technology merges proactive threat intelligence with real attacker telemetry and automated validation, powered by an AI-driven pipeline that converts emerging threats into prioritized, actionable intelligence.
PwC scales these capabilities in its Managed Security Service by operating the watchTowr Platform around the clock and converting technical data into practical guidance for security teams and business leaders. Drawing from its incident response and threat intelligence expertise, PwC enhances validation speed, prioritization, and remediation timelines.

PwC’s MSS includes key services such as round-the-clock dedicated support for inquiries and technical responses, integration with Jira ITSM for SLA tracking, custom reporting, and tailored workflows. It also offers CISO-level advisory, managed vulnerability management, remediation assistance, asset management, cyber threat intelligence aggregation, and options for rapid red-team engagements or prioritized fixes.
As part of this expansion, PwC’s DarkLab has refocused strategically within the Consulting practice on Managed Security Services, with emphasis on Exposure Management and Attack Surface Management to align technical defenses with business goals.
