OneLayer has appointed Alexa Bleecker as Vice President of Growth Marketing as the company continues to expand its presence in the enterprise private LTE/5G security market. The appointment comes during a period of significant growth for the company, which reports doubling its customer base and tripling annual recurring revenue (ARR) over the past year.
As enterprises increasingly deploy private cellular networks across critical infrastructure environments, OneLayer is strengthening its leadership team to support global expansion and accelerate go-to-market initiatives across existing and emerging markets.
Alexa Bleecker brings more than a decade of enterprise cybersecurity marketing experience to OneLayer. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Kasada, where she led demand generation, content strategy, and pipeline development initiatives across global markets.
Prior to Kasada, Bleecker held several leadership roles at IBM Security, focusing on enterprise security marketing and demand generation programs. She also holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance from Boston College.
Her combination of cybersecurity expertise and growth marketing leadership is expected to support OneLayer's efforts to expand market awareness and strengthen customer acquisition strategies.
Private cellular networks are becoming increasingly common across utilities, manufacturing facilities, airports, seaports, mining operations, and other critical infrastructure sectors. As these networks scale, organizations face growing challenges related to visibility, asset management, and security for thousands of connected devices.
OneLayer addresses these requirements through a platform that delivers device-level asset management, operational intelligence, and Zero Trust security enforcement across private LTE, private 5G, and carrier APN environments.
The company reports continued customer growth through new deployments across utilities, manufacturing, and mining sectors, reflecting increasing enterprise demand for dedicated private cellular security solutions.
In her new role, Bleecker will lead OneLayer's growth marketing organization, overseeing demand generation, field marketing, and pipeline development initiatives across the company's core industry verticals.
Her responsibilities will also include identifying new market opportunities, expanding into additional industry sectors, and building the go-to-market infrastructure required to support continued international growth.
As OneLayer expands across North America, Europe, and other strategic markets, the company is focused on increasing awareness of the operational and security challenges associated with private cellular network deployments while positioning its platform to address those needs.
"The private cellular security market and OneLayer are entering a new phase of growth and building a growth marketing function that can match that pace is central to everything we are doing," said Dave Mor, CEO, OneLayer. "Alexa's depth in enterprise cybersecurity marketing and her track record of building programs that reach the right buyers at scale make her the right hire for where OneLayer is headed."
"Private cellular networks are rapidly becoming foundational infrastructure for modern enterprises, yet many organizations still lack the visibility and security controls needed to manage these environments effectively," said Alexa Bleecker, Vice President of Growth Marketing, OneLayer. "OneLayer has built a category-defining platform that addresses these challenges and is uniquely positioned at the intersection of cybersecurity and private cellular networks. I'm excited to join at such an important moment as enterprises accelerate adoption of private LTE and 5G."
The appointment highlights OneLayer's focus on scaling its market presence as enterprises continue investing in private cellular networks and Zero Trust security strategies. With increasing demand for operational visibility and device-level security across critical infrastructure environments, the company is positioning itself to capitalize on a rapidly evolving market opportunity.
