Significant ROI and Financial Benefits

The Forrester TEI study, conducted independently through in-depth customer interviews, found that a composite organization using Endpoint Central achieved a 442% ROI and $4.5 million in total benefits over three years, with a net present value of $3.7 million. Mathivanan Venkatachalam, vice president of ManageEngine, stated, “We’ve always aimed to deliver meaningful outcomes through Endpoint Central, and it’s rewarding to see those results consistently reflected in our customers’ experiences—and now quantified in this TEI study.” These results underscore the platform’s value as a strategic investment for enterprises.

Streamlined IT Operations

Endpoint Central’s automation capabilities significantly reduce operational overhead. The study highlighted a 95% reduction in manual patching effort, yielding $913,000 in productivity gains over three years. By consolidating legacy tools, organizations saved over $1 million, streamlining endpoint management across desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices. The platform’s unified interface enhances visibility and control, supporting decentralized workforces effectively.

Enhanced Security and Compliance

The platform’s robust security features, including attack surface management and compliance enforcement, improved device compliance rates from 70% to over 95%, as noted by an IT director in the software services industry: “Our compliance rate of devices went from 70% to more than 95% after using Endpoint Central. Devices are much more stable and easier to manage. We were even able to save cyber insurance costs due to this increased security posture.” These improvements also led to reduced cyber insurance costs, enhancing overall security posture.

Improved End-User Experience

Endpoint Central’s self-service portal and remote troubleshooting capabilities reduce help desk workload and improve end-user efficiency. Automated analytics and reporting eliminate manual processes, while real-time asset visibility enables efficient license reclamation. These features minimize downtime and disruptions, ensuring a stable and productive IT environment across geographies and work models.
