Golle joined the company on February 16 and is now leading Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations as the company expands across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Charles IT continues to strengthen its leadership team amid rising demand for secure and compliant IT solutions in regulated sectors. The appointment of Jessica Golle as Chief Revenue Officer comes at a key growth phase for the company.
The appointment aligns with Charles IT’s expansion following the integration of its newest acquisition, which added offices in Chesapeake, Virginia and Providence, Rhode Island. Golle’s expertise will help the company better serve organizations facing complex cybersecurity, compliance, and operational challenges.
With more than 25 years of sales and go-to-market leadership, including 18 years in the MSP and MSSP space, Golle specializes in building scalable revenue organizations and aligning technology strategy with security and compliance goals.

Prior to joining Charles IT, Golle served as Chief Commercial Officer at Agio, where she led Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations through significant growth, strengthened strategic partnerships, and supported a successful private equity transaction at record-high revenue multiples.
She has deep experience supporting organizations in financial services and healthcare, translating complex requirements such as SEC, SOC 2, CMMC, and HIPAA into practical business solutions.

Golle works primarily from the Stamford, Connecticut office while collaborating across all four locations: Stamford and Middletown, Connecticut; Chesapeake, Virginia; and Providence, Rhode Island.
This strategic leadership addition positions Charles IT to further scale its managed IT and cybersecurity services while maintaining its strong emphasis on responsive support and long-term client relationships.
