Babel Street, a global leader in mission-grade risk intelligence, has announced the appointment of Rob Lalumondier as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Lalumondier brings extensive experience in cybersecurity and threat-intelligence sales from senior roles at Sophos and McAfee, and he will lead global revenue strategy and customer growth initiatives as the company expands across public sector, national security, and commercial markets.

Lalumondier's career is distinguished by leadership positions at major cybersecurity firms. He joins Babel Street from Sophos, where he served as Vice President overseeing the North American enterprise and public sector business. Prior to that, he held executive roles at McAfee, including Executive Director for Federal Civilian and Director of National Security & Intelligence, where he was responsible for driving the adoption of critical cybersecurity solutions across U.S. government missions. His background also includes a tenure as Director of Defense and Intelligence at Intel Corporation.
