One Identity has released a major upgrade to its flagship Identity Manager platform, introducing One Identity Manager 10.0 with advanced risk-based governance, identity threat detection and response (ITDR) automation, AI-assisted insights, and a modern browser-based interface to strengthen enterprise identity security in complex, hybrid environments.
One Identity today launched One Identity Manager 10.0, a significant upgrade to its leading identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. The new version modernizes the platform with security-driven enhancements designed to help organizations better anticipate, detect, contain, and respond to identity-driven threats across diverse IT ecosystems.
The release addresses the growing reality that identity has become one of the most exploited attack vectors. Version 10.0 builds on Identity Manager’s established foundation—trusted by large enterprises for over a decade—by embedding deeper intelligence, automation, and usability into governance workflows.
Risk-Based Governance: Enhanced integrations allow organizations to ingest and act on user risk scores from external analytics and user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) tools, enabling more dynamic and context-aware access decisions.
Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR): Pre-built ITDR playbooks automate critical remediation steps—including disabling accounts, flagging incidents, and initiating targeted attestations—shortening the time between threat detection and containment.
AI-Assisted Insights: A secure, customer-controlled large language model powers natural language querying of identity data, reducing dependency on complex SQL queries and accelerating insights for audits, compliance reviews, and decision-making.
Modern User Experience: A completely browser-based administrative interface provides full functionality without requiring desktop installations, improving accessibility and operational efficiency for security teams.
SIEM Interoperability: Standards-based Syslog CEF formatting enhances compatibility with modern security information and event management (SIEM) platforms, enabling seamless integration of identity governance signals into broader security operations.
“One Identity Manager 10.0 is a major upgrade that strengthens identity governance as a critical security component for protecting enterprise environments,” said Praerit Garg, CEO of One Identity. “Organizations today face relentless identity-driven threats. This release combines a proven governance foundation with intelligence, automation, and usability that help security teams detect risk earlier, take decisive action, and operate at scale with confidence.”
“One Identity Manager 10.0 represents a significant change in identity governance for large-scale use,” said Ciro Guariglia, CTO of Intragen by Nomios. “The platform improves the data model and automation engine, while bringing in a more scalable, policy-driven method for attestations. This change makes large certification campaigns easier to manage, instead of burdening administrators and the system.”
The upgrade reinforces One Identity’s position as a trusted leader in identity security, helping organizations reduce exposure, strengthen protection, and maintain secure business operations amid rising identity-based threats.
