The two product updates empower organizations to implement high-performance, zero-friction email security while delivering personalized, native-language coaching to a global workforce.
Defend Graph API uses Outlook Category Tags for color-coded teachable moments directly in inbox view.
When email is quarantined, Defend sends personalized notification explaining specific phishing signs that triggered block.

KnowBe4 Defend Graph API utilizes Outlook Category Tags to provide color-coded teachable moments directly in the inbox view, allowing users to identify potential risks without opening the email. When an email is quarantined, Defend sends a separate, personalized notification to the user explaining the specific phishing signs that triggered the block, transforming each security action into an educational opportunity. Administrators can choose to scan specific groups or enable a tenancy-wide option to automatically protect all mailboxes across the organization.
Localized Teachable Moments provides rewritten content by native speakers to ensure it is culturally and linguistically relevant, delivering regionally appropriate content that resonates with employees in their native dialect.
