Actelis Networks has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Exaware Routing Ltd. to strengthen their strategic collaboration in networking and infrastructure markets. The agreement formalizes a broader commercial relationship focused on joint customer engagements, technology interoperability, and integrated networking solutions while replacing the companies' previously announced acquisition term sheet.
Actelis Networks and Exaware Routing have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding that establishes a flexible framework for long-term collaboration between the two networking technology providers. Rather than proceeding with the previously announced acquisition plan, both companies have agreed to strengthen their commercial relationship through coordinated business development and technology initiatives.
According to Actelis, the collaboration enables both organizations to pursue opportunities together while maintaining flexibility as the company continues executing strategic initiatives, including its efforts to regain its Nasdaq listing.
Under the agreement, Actelis and Exaware intend to collaborate in areas where their technologies and customer relationships complement one another. Initial activities are expected to include joint pursuit of enterprise and infrastructure projects, coordinated business development efforts, evaluation of technology interoperability, and the development of integrated networking solutions for infrastructure operators.
The collaboration combines Actelis' expertise in cyber-hardened hybrid fiber networking with Exaware's capabilities in high-throughput routing, switching, and open networking technologies for telecom and data center environments.
