CyberSheath, the largest Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) managed service vendor in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), announced on August 21, 2025, the appointment of Emil Sayegh as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Eric Noonan will transition to Strategic Advisor, supporting the company’s next growth phase as the Department of Defense mandates CMMC compliance for all new contracts starting October 1, 2025.

Sayegh, with over 20 years of experience, previously led private equity-backed firms like Ntirety, Hostway Services, and Codero Hosting, where he drove growth and built robust cybersecurity platforms. “The foundation Eric and this team have built is remarkable,” said Sayegh. “With CMMC becoming mandatory and federal directives reinforcing its urgency, our mission has never been more vital.” His focus will be on accelerating CyberSheath’s momentum and positioning it as the leader in securing the defense supply chain.
