Charles Chen, previously Senior Advisor for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology and Director of the Office of Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies at the U.S. Department of State, joins Resecurity with a proven track record in integrating AI into mission-critical environments. “Charles brings invaluable expertise in AI governance, national security, and cyber operations,” said Gene Yoo, CEO of Resecurity. “His strategic vision aligns closely with our mission to harness artificial intelligence to enhance threat detection, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation at scale.” Chen’s experience also includes founding an international telecommunications firm, blending government and entrepreneurial perspectives.
