Avi Shua, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-founder of Orca Security, stated, “This accreditation affirms our platform’s capability to safeguard Australia's most sensitive cloud environments. The accomplishment also underscores our commitment to protecting critical government data in Australia, and broader mission to support public sector organizations globally with cloud security excellence.”

Orca’s agentless-first approach, powered by its patented SideScanning™ technology, delivers rapid asset inventory and risk assessment across major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and Kubernetes. The Unified Data Model provides contextual analysis, identifying misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, malware, and AI risks, prioritizing threats to mission-critical data.

Supporting National Cyber Strategy

The achievement aligns with the 2023-2030 Australian Cyber Security Strategy, which emphasizes building cyber resilience and trust in digital solutions. Orca’s platform supports this by securing cloud environments for government agencies, complementing Australia’s deepened partnership with AWS for expanded cloud access.

Global Impact and Growth

With over 100% year-over-year growth in Australia, Orca’s IRAP PROTECTED status positions it as a key partner for public sector cloud security. The platform’s ability to uncover attack paths and prioritize risks enhances national cyber resilience against emerging threats.

Orca Security’s IRAP PROTECTED assessment marks a significant step in bolstering cloud security for Australian government agencies, reinforcing its global leadership in agentless cloud protection.
