The pilot program addresses the growing need for organizations to validate vendor security and compliance in cloud-based solutions. By integrating Drata’s AI-native Trust Management platform, ISVs can showcase Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data, framework adherence, and security documentation directly within their AWS Marketplace listings. This transparency empowers buyers to assess vendor risk quickly, reducing procurement delays and fostering trust.
Over 50 Drata customers, including Abnormal AI, Obsidian Security, Tealium, and Sigma Computing, have adopted this integration, embedding their Trust Centers into AWS Marketplace listings. This provides buyers with direct access to verified compliance data, streamlining security reviews. “As a cloud-first organization, integrating Obsidian Security’s Trust Center directly into our AWS Marketplace listing empowers us to proactively showcase our security posture and compliance certifications where buyers are already making decisions,” said Alfredo Hickman, CISO, Obsidian Security.
Drata’s collaboration with AWS marks it as the first GRC provider in this AWS Marketplace test, setting a new standard for trust in software procurement. “Trust is the foundation of every successful business relationship, and we’re proud to work alongside AWS to make trust more visible and accessible across the software ecosystem,” said Kevin Kriebel, SVP of Business Development at Drata. The initiative aligns with the increasing demand for real-time trust signals in enterprise tech stacks.
By embedding Trust Centers, the program reduces the time and effort required for security assessments, enabling faster decision-making for buyers. Drata’s platform automates GRC processes, ensuring ISVs maintain up-to-date compliance data, which is critical for industries with stringent regulatory requirements. This collaboration strengthens the AWS Marketplace ecosystem, making it easier for organizations to adopt secure, compliant cloud solutions.
This partnership between Drata and AWS redefines trust management in cloud software procurement, offering a transparent, efficient, and secure buying experience for enterprises worldwide.
