11:11 Systems, a leading managed infrastructure solutions provider, has successfully completed the acquisition of Digital Sense, a Brisbane-based high-quality cloud and managed services provider previously owned by Aussie Broadband. This strategic move strengthens 11:11’s position as a top sovereign cloud provider in Australia, expanding its footprint in the APAC region amid evolving VMware ecosystem dynamics.
Recent shifts in the VMware Cloud Service Provider ecosystem, driven by Broadcom, have streamlined the partner landscape. This coincided with Aussie Broadband’s strategic pivot to prioritize telecommunications under its “Look-to-28” initiative. Divesting Digital Sense enables Aussie Broadband to concentrate on core competencies while ensuring its former cloud customers continue receiving specialized VMware infrastructure support through 11:11.
