The introduction of Self-Service Ordering and an upgraded Customer Portal removes traditional barriers, allowing organizations to deploy hardware passkeys at scale with greater speed and efficiency.

Recipients access a branded web portal where they select the most suitable YubiKey form factor for their devices and enter accurate shipping information. Direct delivery to home or office addresses in supported regions streamlines logistics.
This approach minimizes operational complexity for IT departments by shifting address collection and order placement to end users. It accelerates company-wide adoption of phishing-resistant authentication while lowering support tickets and administrative effort.
The revamped Customer Portal—previously known as the YubiEnterprise Console—serves as a single dashboard for overseeing YubiKey deployments globally. It delivers immediate insights into inventory, shipment requests, and user activation status.
Administrators benefit from a clear inventory overview that separates total purchased licenses from keys ready for shipment. The portal simplifies user management, role assignments, and delivery tracking through an intuitive “Deliver” section. Dedicated areas for purchases, delivery, and self-service ordering replace outdated interfaces, providing a comprehensive and user-friendly experience for large-scale hardware passkey management.
