Trust Stamp, a global provider of AI-powered trust, identity, and security solutions, has contracted to supply IDetect—a leading provider of ID scanning and entrance security solutions—with access to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) Driver’s License Data Verification (DLDV) service. This integration adds real-time validation of driver’s license data against official DMV records to IDetect’s existing document scanning tools.
Traditional ID scanners focus on validating physical card features, but high-end counterfeits can bypass these checks. AAMVA DLDV provides a critical secondary layer by confirming the encoded data matches official DMV records, significantly reducing fraud risk in high-volume, high-stakes settings.
