Shufti has introduced its AI Suite, a new platform designed to simplify identity verification workflows through artificial intelligence. Available to all existing customers, the suite combines AI Journey Builder, Copilot, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, enabling organizations to build, manage, analyze, and execute identity verification processes using natural language while reducing reliance on development teams.
Shufti has expanded its AI-powered identity verification platform with the launch of the Shufti AI Suite. The new offering enables organizations to create, manage, and integrate identity verification workflows more efficiently by replacing traditional development-heavy processes with AI-driven automation.
The suite is available immediately for all existing Shufti customers and is designed to reduce manual effort across verification, compliance, and workflow management.
One of the key components of the Shufti AI Suite is the AI Journey Builder, which allows teams to create identity verification workflows using plain language instead of writing code.
Organizations can describe onboarding requirements based on geography, regulations, or risk conditions, and the platform automatically generates a ready-to-use verification journey. This approach reduces development time while enabling businesses to quickly adapt verification processes to evolving compliance requirements.
Shufti Copilot serves as a conversational AI assistant within the platform's back office, allowing teams to query verification data without requiring technical expertise.
Users can analyze verification outcomes, investigate rejection patterns, review audit trails, and identify fraud trends through natural language conversations instead of relying on engineering teams or complex database queries.
The capability is intended to help organizations make faster, data-driven decisions while improving operational efficiency.
The suite also introduces Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, enabling Shufti's identity verification, Know Your Business (KYB), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tools to operate within AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible agents.
Organizations can securely perform live identity verification during AI-powered customer interactions while maintaining compliance and protecting sensitive account information.
Shufti offers both read-only knowledge mode and live verification capabilities using secure back-office credentials, with verification requests processed through the company's existing identity verification infrastructure.
"Teams should get the speed of AI without giving up control of their verification," said Farryam Asif, Chief Technology Officer at Shufti. "The Shufti AI Suite reduces the team’s manual workload, thus increasing productivity whether a team is designing a verification journey, asking questions of its own data, or running checks from the agents it already uses. Every check still runs through Shufti's verified identity infrastructure."
The Shufti AI Suite is designed for organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises seeking to modernize identity verification and compliance processes. By combining workflow automation, conversational analytics, and AI agent integration, the platform enables businesses to streamline KYC, KYB, AML, and identity verification while maintaining security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
