SentinelOne, the leader in AI-native cybersecurity, has appointed Sonalee Parekh as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 24, 2026. Parekh brings over 25 years of experience in public software and technology companies, with a proven track record in scaling high-growth platforms and driving profitability.
Parekh joins SentinelOne to oversee the company’s global finance organization and shape its financial strategy during a period of rapid scaling and market leadership in AI-native cybersecurity. Her expertise in public software companies positions her to support the organization’s next chapter of growth while maintaining financial discipline.

Parekh’s career includes leading finance at major software platforms. At Asana, she guided the global finance team through advancements in its multi-product, AI-first approach and enhanced profitability. At RingCentral, she contributed to scaling the business beyond $2 billion in annual recurring revenue while significantly improving margins through rigorous financial management. Her earlier roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise further strengthened her background in corporate development, investor relations, and divisional finance leadership.
