SentinelOne (NYSE: S), a leader in AI-powered cybersecurity, has appointed Ana Pinczuk as President of Product & Technology, effective immediately. In this role, Pinczuk will lead the company’s global product and technology organization, driving advancements in research and development, AI and platform engineering, product management, and technology operations. Her appointment comes at a critical time as SentinelOne seeks to expand its AI-native platform and deliver autonomous security operations center (SOC) solutions to address the complexities of modern cyber threats.
Pinczuk, a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience, has a proven track record of scaling category-defining SaaS and cybersecurity businesses. Having served on SentinelOne’s Board of Directors since 2022, she brings deep familiarity with the company’s strategy, culture, and technology roadmap. Her prior leadership roles include significant positions at HPE, Anaplan, Veritas, Symantec, Cisco, and AT&T, alongside board memberships at high-growth SaaS and security firms.
Pinczuk succeeds Ric Smith, who held various technology leadership roles at SentinelOne since 2021 and is now pursuing new opportunities. CEO Tomer Weingarten praised Pinczuk’s expertise, stating, “Ana is uniquely positioned to accelerate our innovation engine at a pivotal moment for SentinelOne,” emphasizing her role in delivering “faster, smarter, and more autonomous security solutions for the AI era.” He also acknowledged Smith’s contributions to establishing SentinelOne as a leading AI security platform.
“SentinelOne has built the foundation for security in the AI-driven world by bringing industry-leading innovations to market,” said Pinczuk. “I am honored to join this extraordinary team and help lead the next phase of innovation – expanding our AI-native platform, advancing autonomous SOC, and empowering customers to stay ahead by harnessing the power of AI in an increasingly complex security landscape.”
