Rubrik, Inc. , the Security and AI Operations Company, today announced the appointment of Rakefet Russak-Aminoach to its Board of Directors. Ms. Russak-Aminoach, a globally recognized financial services leader and venture investor, brings vast digital transformation and enterprise governance experience to Rubrik as organizations face compounding cyber threats.
The appointment strengthens Rubrik's board expertise as financial services remains one of the most aggressively targeted industries for cyber threats.

Ms. Russak-Aminoach currently serves as a Managing Partner at Team8, a global venture group specializing in building, investing and scaling companies. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank Leumi from 2012 to 2019, where she led a digital transformation and cultural shift that positioned Leumi as Israel's most profitable and technologically advanced bank.
Under her leadership, Bank Leumi launched Pepper, Israel's first mobile-only bank; established LeumiTech, a dedicated banking platform for high-tech enterprises; and implemented a major efficiency and restructuring program that strengthened capital adequacy and optimized group performance. Her tenure at Bank Leumi became the subject of a 2019 Harvard Business School case study, Leading Bank Leumi into the Future. Ms. Russak-Aminoach holds an LL.B., an MBA in Finance and Insurance, and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
