Rapid7 acquires Kenzo Security to enhance its Command Platform with agentic AI for scalable, machine-speed detection and response in managed cybersecurity operations.
Rapid7, Inc. has acquired Kenzo Security to expand its AI-powered managed detection and response capabilities. The move integrates Kenzo’s agentic AI platform into Rapid7’s Command Platform, enabling organizations to move beyond traditional reactive security models toward preemptive, machine-speed operations.
Security teams today investigate only a fraction of generated alerts due to scale limitations. This leaves organizations stuck in reactive mode, manually reviewing high-priority signals across fragmented telemetry sources while many alerts remain unexamined. Such constraints increase pressure on already stretched teams and prevent full realization of AI-driven productivity gains.
