Jenna Raby’s Proven Cybersecurity Leadership

Jenna Raby joins Pillar Security with a robust background in cybersecurity, having served as Vice President of Growth at Zero Networks, where she achieved a remarkable 5X revenue increase in her first year. Her leadership also spearheaded Zero Networks’ expansion into Fortune 500 markets across North America, Europe, and Japan. Prior to that, Raby spent nearly a decade at RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft), where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts, driving early go-to-market strategies and global sales growth. Her career also includes founding and scaling venture-backed startups and advising early-stage cybersecurity firms to successful acquisitions. This extensive experience positions Raby as a key asset in Pillar’s mission to redefine AI security.

Strategic Move for AI Security Innovation

Pillar Security is at the forefront of addressing AI-specific security challenges, offering a unified platform that provides visibility and control across the AI lifecycle. Raby’s appointment aligns with the company’s goal to accelerate the adoption of its AI security solutions among enterprises. “We’re thrilled to welcome Jenna to our executive team,” said Dor Sarig, CEO & Co-founder at Pillar Security. “Cybersecurity is a reputation-driven industry, and Jenna is one of the most trusted leaders in the space. Her track record of impacting growth speaks for itself. Together with our highly talented R&D and product advancement hires, her arrival reinforces Pillar’s commitment to delivering an exceptional security platform for the risks of the AI age.”

Raby’s Vision for AI Security

Raby’s expertise is expected to drive Pillar’s mission to secure AI-driven software systems, addressing risks like data leakage and AI-specific threats. “Having been on the front lines of innovation in cybersecurity for 15 years, securing AI is the new frontier. Pillar isn't just participating in this space; Pillar is defining it with a holistic and process-driven approach, leading with the critical understanding that data is executable and software has agency,” said Raby. “I’m joining the Pillar team to accelerate our mission of providing complete visibility and control that empowers enterprises to deploy AI securely and innovate with confidence.” Her vision aligns with Pillar’s innovative SAIL AI Security framework, recently launched to address evolving AI risks.

Industry Endorsement and Growth Momentum

Pillar’s strategic direction has garnered strong industry support, notably from Shield Capital’s lead investor, Elias Manousos, who previously served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft for AI Copilot for Security and Threat Intelligence, and former CEO of RiskIQ. “Jenna is a force-multiplier for growth, with a proven playbook for scaling category-defining companies from early traction to global leadership. She did it at RiskIQ and Zero Networks, and she will do it again at Pillar, building a world-class GTM operation to drive exponential growth,” said Manousos. This appointment follows Pillar’s recent milestones, including a $9M seed funding round and recognition as a Sample Vendor in Gartner’s 2025 Hype Cycle reports for AI and cybersecurity.

Pillar Security’s appointment of Jenna Raby marks a significant step in its journey to lead the AI security landscape. With Raby’s leadership, the company is poised to accelerate its go-to-market strategy, empowering enterprises to deploy AI securely. As the demand for AI-driven security solutions grows, Pillar’s unified platform, backed by Raby’s expertise, positions it as a key player in safeguarding the future of AI innovation.
