Nomios, a pan-European specialist in cybersecurity services, has acquired Intragen, an award-winning leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), backed by Keensight Capital. This strategic move enhances Nomios' service portfolio, particularly in digital identity and privileged access management (PAM), while expanding its European footprint and capabilities in addressing complex security challenges.

Quick Intel

  • Nomios acquires Intragen, adding expertise in IAM with partners like CyberArk, SailPoint, One Identity, and Okta.
  • Intragen's 250 experts secure millions of identities across Europe; named Global Partner of the Year for One Identity (2023) and European Partner for Okta (2025).
  • Nomios targets €650M revenue and €75M EBITDA in 2026 post-acquisition, with 75% from cybersecurity.
  • 60% of Nomios' EBITDA now from outside France (e.g., Netherlands, Italy, UK); 55% from recurring services.
  • Acquisition completes by month-end; Intragen operates initially as separate entity, retaining leadership.
  • Nomios serves via consulting, professional, and managed services (SOC, NOC, VOC) across 20+ offices in 7 countries.

Strengthening Cybersecurity Through Complementary Expertise

Nomios' core pillars—Consulting Services for risk advisory, Professional Services for integration and optimization, and Managed Services for continuous monitoring via SOC, NOC, and VOC—now integrate Intragen's IAM strengths. This union delivers comprehensive solutions from networking to identity management, aiding digitalization and compliance. Sébastien Kher, CEO and Founder of Nomios, said, “What I have particularly valued throughout this process is how much importance Alex and the Intragen team place on their people and their clients—a value that resonates deeply with our own DNA at Nomios.”

A Milestone in Nomios' Growth Strategy

The acquisition marks a pivotal evolution for Nomios, founded in 2004, now with 800+ professionals and €500M+ annual revenue. It broadens IAM coverage, with three-quarters of revenue from cybersecurity and a quarter from networking. International expansion sees 60% EBITDA from non-French markets, bolstered by recurring services (55% of net revenue). Alex Fagioli, CEO of Intragen, added, “Joining Nomios represents a tremendous opportunity for Intragen, our employees, and our clients. We share the same commitment to expertise and the same drive to support European organizations in their secure digital transformation.”

Positive Impacts and Future Outlook

The deal benefits clients with expanded EMEA solutions in managed services and PAM; partners through synergies; and employees via retained expertise and development opportunities. Initially separate, Intragen will integrate as a distinct segment. Jean-Christophe Cini, Partner at Keensight Capital, concluded, “We are proud to be supporting Nomios with its continued development. The acquisition of Intragen will propel the business forward, adding new capabilities, geographies and clients, further reinforcing its European leadership.”

Nomios' acquisition of Intragen solidifies its role as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, enabling resilient infrastructures amid rising digital threats. Expected to close by October 2025 end, it positions the group for sustained growth in a €650M revenue trajectory.
