The 2026 ISG Provider Lens® Cybersecurity — Services and Solutions report for Brazil finds that organizations are treating cybersecurity as a core business function rather than primarily a protective measure. This transition comes as they contend with record levels of malicious activity while expanding digital services, cloud adoption and connected infrastructure. While cybersecurity investment has historically lagged the country's growing digital exposure, the combination of widespread digitalization and emerging risks is creating opportunities for locally developed cybersecurity solutions tailored to Brazil's unique operating environment.

The rapid expansion of the Pix digital payment system, 5G networks and cloud-based government services is exposing Brazilian organizations to new cybersecurity risks. Enterprises are strengthening protection for critical sectors including finance, healthcare and energy while adapting security strategies to increasingly interconnected digital ecosystems. Many organizations are also preparing for emerging threats associated with AI and quantum computing to improve long-term cyber resilience.
Companies are modernizing security operations with continuous monitoring, AI-assisted threat analysis and faster incident response. Many organizations are reducing reliance on manual processes by prioritizing vulnerabilities according to business impact and improving operational efficiency. These measures help enterprises respond more effectively despite budget constraints and talent shortages.
Brazilian enterprises are also placing greater emphasis on securing enterprise AI deployments as generative AI becomes part of everyday business operations. Organizations are adopting stronger oversight of AI applications to reduce the risk of sensitive data exposure while establishing more structured vulnerability management practices. These efforts help organizations balance operational efficiency with stronger protection for business-critical information, ISG says.

The report also explores other cybersecurity trends affecting organizations in Brazil, including an increasing focus on managing autonomous AI agents and non-human identities and growing adoption of Mesh security architectures to strengthen protection for increasingly connected digital environments.
The report evaluates 71 providers across six quadrants: Strategic Security Services, Technical Security Services, Next-Gen SOC/MDR Services (Large Accounts), Next-Gen SOC/MDR Services (Midmarket), Risk-based Vulnerability Management and Extended Detection and Response.
The report names ISH Tecnologia as a Leader in five quadrants, with Accenture, EY, IBM, Logicalis and Stefanini named as Leaders in four quadrants each. Capgemini, Deloitte and NTT DATA are named as Leaders in three quadrants each. Agility, Edge UOL, Kyndryl and PwC are named as Leaders in two quadrants each. The report names Broadcom, Cipher, CrowdStrike, iT.eam, Kaspersky, KPMG, Microsoft, SEK, TIVIT, Trend Micro, T-Systems, Unisys, Vortex Security and Vultus as Leaders in one quadrant each.
