In his new role, Millington will work closely with healthcare customers, partners, and internal field teams across the EMEA region to drive adoption of IGEL’s immutable endpoint platform in care delivery settings. His appointment also complements IGEL’s existing healthcare leadership in North America, ensuring dedicated Field CTO coverage across both major regions.

James Millington brings extensive experience in healthcare technology and cybersecurity, having held leadership roles at Armis, VMware, Imprivata, and Citrix. Prior to this appointment, he spent nearly three years leading Product Marketing at IGEL, where he contributed to shaping the company’s healthcare market positioning and platform narrative.
His transition into a customer-facing Field CTO role reflects IGEL’s strategy of embedding domain expertise directly into its field leadership structure to better support enterprise and healthcare transformation initiatives.
