Holly Grey joins Horizon3.ai with a robust background, having served as CFO at Exabeam, where she led a cloud-native transition and positioned the company for acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Previously, at Forescout Technologies, she built financial operations that supported its 2017 IPO and acquisition by Advent International. “Holly is a proven operator who has helped scale and mature some of the most respected names in cybersecurity,” said Snehal Antani, CEO and co-founder of Horizon3.ai. “Her leadership will be critical as we expand globally and cement our position as the leader in offensive security.”
As CFO, Grey will oversee financial strategy, forecasting, operations, and compliance, ensuring Horizon3.ai is equipped for long-term scalability and capital efficiency. “Horizon3.ai is redefining what it means to secure an organization by proving what’s actually exploitable, not just what’s theoretically vulnerable,” said Grey. “The company’s momentum is remarkable—from triple-digit revenue growth to a thriving global customer base served through MSSPs and partners.” Her experience in navigating hypergrowth and executing acquisitions at Accuray and Aspect Software will support Horizon3.ai’s global expansion.
Grey’s appointment follows Horizon3.ai’s $100 million Series D funding round and a series of strategic leadership hires, positioning the company for category dominance in autonomous security. The NodeZero® Offensive Security Platform, which has completed over 150,000 autonomous pentests globally, enables organizations to identify and prioritize exploitable vulnerabilities, driving measurable security improvements. This move aligns with Horizon3.ai’s mission to bridge military intelligence and Silicon Valley innovation, as led by CEO Snehal Antani, a former CTO of Joint Special Operations Command.
Holly Grey’s appointment as CFO strengthens Horizon3.ai’s ability to scale its innovative NodeZero® platform globally. With her extensive experience and the company’s recent funding, Horizon3.ai is well-positioned to lead the offensive security market, delivering transformative cybersecurity solutions to a growing global customer base.
