  • Finite State appoints Ann Miller as Vice President of Marketing, marking the third executive addition in 2026.
  • Miller brings over 15 years of experience scaling high-growth cybersecurity and AI-driven technology companies.
  • She previously led marketing at Horizon3.ai, helping the company achieve rapid growth and recognition as the #1 fastest-growing cybersecurity firm on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list.
  • The appointment supports Finite State’s expansion in product security for critical infrastructure, connected devices, and regulated environments.
  • Miller will oversee branding, demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • The hire follows recent appointments of Sharon Hagi as Chief Security Officer and Chris Overton as Executive Vice President of Engineering.

Strengthening Marketing Leadership in Product Security

Product security remains one of the most critical and under-addressed challenges in cybersecurity. Finite State’s AI-native platform automates product security end-to-end, from deep binary analysis through prioritization and remediation across the software supply chain.

Miller joins at a pivotal time as enterprises face growing pressure to secure software embedded in critical infrastructure, connected devices, and regulated environments. Her expertise in translating complex technical innovations into market leadership will help Finite State accelerate growth and solidify its position in the product security category.

“Ann has a proven track record of building category-defining marketing engines in cybersecurity,” said Matt Wyckhouse, CEO of Finite State. “Her ability to translate complex, technical innovation into market leadership will be instrumental as we accelerate our growth and expand our position in product security.”

Prior to Finite State, Miller led marketing at Horizon3.ai, scaling the company from early-stage to thousands of customers and driving strong market adoption in autonomous security testing. She also held strategic marketing roles at Cylance, a pioneer in AI-driven endpoint security, and iboss, a leader in cloud security.

“Product security is quickly becoming one of the most critical and under-addressed challenges in cybersecurity,” said Miller. “What impressed me about Finite State is what they’ve built. It’s an AI-native platform that automates product security end to end, from deep binary analysis through prioritization and remediation across the software supply chain. That’s incredibly hard to do, and has been a key driver in building trust across their customer base.”

Miller will lead all aspects of marketing strategy, including branding, demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market execution.

This appointment is the latest in a series of executive expansions. In February 2026, Finite State appointed Sharon Hagi as Chief Security Officer, and in January 2026, Chris Overton joined as Executive Vice President of Engineering.
