Mike Baxter, promoted to President and Chief Technology & Product Officer, has been with Entrust since 2010, leading product management and development. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, Baxter brings deep expertise in AI and post-quantum security, shaping Entrust’s technology strategy to address emerging customer needs. He will work closely with Tony Ball to accelerate product innovation across issuance, identity, and data security solutions, reinforcing Entrust’s leadership in secure digital transformation.

Patrick Steele: Leading Global Sales

Patrick Steele, appointed Chief Sales Officer, joined Entrust in 2016 and now oversees global sales across all business segments. Kelsey Holthus: Shaping Culture and Talent

Kelsey Holthus, promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer, has been with Entrust since 2008, with 17 years of HR leadership experience. Holding an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, she specializes in organizational design, change management, and compensation.
