Quick Intel

  • Appointment Date: June 17, 2025.

  • Role: Director of Global Technology Integration, reporting to CTO Dr. Peter J. Morales.

  • Focus: Scaling secure infrastructure and aligning systems for CyberAI Sentinel 2.0™.

  • Bruckstein’s Background: CIO/CISO at Washington College, former CIO at Salve Regina, senior roles at NYU and Columbia.

  • CyberAI Sentinel 2.0™: AI-driven platform for middle-market cybersecurity.

  • Company Goals: $100M revenue, LSE listing, global expansion via acquisitions.

Strategic Role

Bruckstein will collaborate with CTO Dr. Peter J. Morales to harmonize advanced technologies across enterprise environments, focusing on secure infrastructure scalability and systems integration. A.J. Cervantes, Jr., Executive Chairman, stated, “Irving is an extraordinary technologist and strategist with a rare ability to commercialize complex architectures into scalable, resilient global systems.” His expertise supports CyberAI’s imminent launch of Sentinel 2.0™, designed to deliver cost-effective, holistic cybersecurity for middle-market firms.

Bruckstein’s Expertise

Currently CIO and CISO at Washington College, Bruckstein drives cybersecurity modernization and compliance with GLBA, FERPA, and HIPAA. He serves on the boards of MDREN and the Cybersecurity Intelligence Authority. Previously, he was CIO at Salve Regina University and held senior roles at NYU (2010–2016), where he led a multi-billion-dollar tech implementation for NYU Abu Dhabi, and Columbia University (2007–2010), managing a $45M technology portfolio. Bruckstein holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from Hofstra University.

CyberAI Sentinel 2.0™

The patent-pending Sentinel 2.0™ platform leverages AI for autonomous threat detection, adaptive risk mitigation, and intelligent system resilience. Bruckstein noted, “There’s enormous opportunity to unify systems, scale intelligent architectures and build resilient global frameworks.” The platform aims to redefine cybersecurity for middle-market companies, aligning with CyberAI’s “Buy & Build” strategy to acquire IT firms and transform them into AI-driven cybersecurity leaders.

Industry Context

CyberAI’s focus on AI-driven cybersecurity aligns with industry trends, as seen in competitors like SentinelOne, which faced challenges in 2025 due to political actions but remains a leader in AI-based EDR and XDR solutions. The global cybersecurity market, valued at $190 billion in 2024, is projected to grow at a 12% CAGR through 2030, driven by AI innovations. CyberAI’s acquisition pipeline of 300+ IT firms positions it to capitalize on this growth.

Future Outlook

Bruckstein’s appointment strengthens CyberAI’s technical leadership as it prepares for Sentinel 2.0™’s global rollout and LSE listing. With a reported 40%+ annual growth potential from its M&A strategy, CyberAI could reach a $500M valuation by 2027, contingent on successful integrations and market adoption of Sentinel 2.0™.

CyberAI’s strategic hire of Irving Bruckstein, announced on June 17, 2025, underscores its commitment to innovation and global expansion. By leveraging Bruckstein’s expertise, CyberAI is poised to deliver transformative cybersecurity solutions, redefining protection for digital assets in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
