CrowdStrike and Nord Security have announced a strategic partnership aimed at redefining cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The collaboration combines CrowdStrike's AI-native Falcon platform with Nord Security's secure access and credential management solutions to make enterprise-grade protection more accessible and simpler to deploy for SMBs. The partnership addresses a critical gap, as a CrowdStrike survey reveals only 11% of SMBs have adopted AI-powered defenses despite increasing targeted attacks.

Aims to simplify and reduce the cost of enterprise-grade protection for SMBs.
NordLayer will offer Falcon Go and Falcon Enterprise directly through its platform.
A joint offering with Pax8 will bundle Falcon Next-Gen SIEM with Nord Security solutions.
Addresses low SMB adoption of advanced tools despite rising threat levels.
The partnership directly tackles a well-documented challenge: SMBs often lack the budget and expertise to implement robust cybersecurity, making them attractive targets. CrowdStrike's data indicates only 36% of SMBs are investing in new tools. By integrating CrowdStrike's AI-powered platform with Nord Security's SMB-focused go-to-market and technology, the alliance aims to remove traditional barriers of cost and complexity. “Together with Nord Security, we’re redefining cybersecurity for SMBs,” said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike.
The collaboration will deliver two primary go-to-market innovations:
Simplified E-commerce Access: Nord Security will offer CrowdStrike's SMB-focused Falcon Go and Falcon Enterprise directly through its NordLayer secure access platform. This bundles endpoint protection with network security in a simplified purchase and deployment model.
Expanded MSP Offerings: CrowdStrike, Nord Security, and cloud marketplace Pax8 will launch an add-on for Falcon Next-Gen SIEM that incorporates Nord Security's secure access and network solutions, including a 90-day free trial for qualifying customers.
Both companies emphasized the growing disconnect between SMBs' expanding digital footprint and their security capabilities. “Every growing business faces the same challenge: their attack surface is expanding faster than their ability to secure it,” said Mantas Ulozas, Chief Business Development Officer at Nord Security. The partnership is designed to give SMBs the visibility, confidence, and integrated tooling needed to defend against modern, enterprise-level threats without requiring enterprise-level resources.
This strategic partnership represents a significant move to democratize advanced cybersecurity. By leveraging CrowdStrike's detection and response prowess with Nord Security's SMB distribution and access technology, the alliance seeks to provide a streamlined, powerful security stack that is both accessible and effective for the underserved SMB market.
