Cognyte Software Ltd., a global leader in AI-powered investigative analytics software, has announced the appointment of Adam Philpott as Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 1, 2026. Philpott will report to Chief Executive Officer Elad Sharon and join Cognyte's executive management team. He succeeds Efi Nuri, who will retire after more than 30 years of service, following a smooth leadership transition.

Previously served as CRO at Trellix, leading a global commercial organization of 1,000+ people.
Most recently served as CEO of Fingerprint Cards, a publicly traded biometrics company.
Held senior sales leadership roles at McAfee and Cisco globally.

The appointment reflects Cognyte's continuing investment in strengthening its commercial organization as the company advances its long-term growth strategy, deepens relationships with existing customers, and captures growing demand across global markets.
Philpott brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations across the U.S., EMEA and APAC into the public and enterprise markets. As Chief Revenue Officer at Trellix, formed by combining McAfee Enterprise and FireEye, he led a global commercial organization of more than 1,000 people and helped scale one of the industry's largest enterprise cybersecurity businesses. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Fingerprint Cards, a publicly traded biometrics company. Prior to these roles, he held senior sales leadership roles at McAfee and Cisco globally. Philpott is based in London.
