Accenture Names Reinvention Services Leadership Team

Accenture has announced a new leadership structure for its Reinvention Services, effective March 31, 2026. Led by Chief Strategy and Services Officer Manish Sharma, the redesigned organization organizes services around client operations through seven Reinvention Partners, three Reinvention Engines, and a dedicated Client Success unit to accelerate end-to-end reinvention with embedded data and AI.

Accenture is aligning its services with how clients operate, delivering comprehensive, ecosystem-supported solutions through specialized Reinvention Partners. Each partner focuses on a core client reinvention domain, combining industry expertise, technology, and AI to drive measurable transformation.

Reinvention Partners Leadership

  • Cybersecurity, led by Harpreet Sidhu – Focuses on building cyber-resilience, trust-based defenses, risk management, and safe adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Digital Core, led by Ajoy Menon – Reinvents digital foundations through technology strategy, data and AI, application modernization, infrastructure, and cloud management.
  • Finance, led by Arundhati Chakraborty – Supports CFO priorities for performance optimization, enterprise insights, benchmarking, and global capability center creation.
  • Industry and Enterprise, led by Muqsit Ashraf – Drives cross-functional reinvention of core industry value chains for sustained growth and long-term value.
  • Song, led by Ndidi Oteh – Reinvents customer growth through integrated strategy, marketing, sales, service, commerce, design, digital products, data, and AI.
  • Supply Chain and Engineering, led by Tracey Countryman – Leverages AI and digital tools across product and asset lifecycles to create competitive advantage.
  • Talent, led by Karalee Close – Reinvents workforce and organizational models with leadership, talent strategies, operating models, and change acceleration.

Reinvention Engines for Internal Advancement

The three Reinvention Engines serve as Accenture’s hub for skill-building, AI-enabled delivery, innovation, and advanced tooling:

  • AI and Data, led by Lan Guan, Chief AI & Data Officer – Scales global AI and data capabilities, advances training, and develops modern AI foundations via the Center for Advanced AI.
  • Industry and Process, led by Jason Dess – Deepens industry and process expertise, establishes training, and builds AI-enabled transformation methods including proprietary ART methodology.
  • Technology, led by Rajendra Prasad – Scales advanced technology skills, drives training, and evolves modern technology stacks through Accenture Technology Centers.

Client Success Unit

A dedicated Client Success function ensures relentless client focus:

  • Commercial, led by Shaheen Sayed, Chief Commercial Officer – Aligns solutions to client needs, leverages full Accenture capabilities, optimizes commercial models, and incorporates client feedback.
  • Offerings and Products, led by Senthil Ramani, Chief Offerings and Product Officer – Develops differentiated offerings and products aligned to evolving client requirements.
  • Integrated Delivery Governance and Integrated Quality, led by David Golding – Oversees global delivery to achieve client outcomes while enhancing quality and consistency.
