Endeavour Energy LLC, a leader in data center infrastructure, and Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL), a global manufacturing and supply chain expert, announced an expanded collaboration to deliver modular, just-in-time (JIT) AI-ready infrastructure. This partnership, leveraging Endeavour’s Edged data center platform, aims to provide up to 2 gigawatts of elastic AI infrastructure annually, addressing the surging demands of cloud and hyperscale customers.

  • Announcement: July 15, 2025

  • Capacity: Up to 2 gigawatts per year via Edged platform

  • Key Features: Modular, grid-agnostic, non-evaporative cooling

  • Benefits: 90% lower upfront costs, 50-60% faster deployment

  • Launch: Q1 2027 in the U.S.

  • Investment: Jabil’s $500M for U.S. AI infrastructure manufacturing

Revolutionizing AI Infrastructure

The collaboration integrates Endeavour’s advanced technologies, including waterless cooling and a design PUE of 1.15, with Jabil’s precision manufacturing and global supply chain expertise. “This collaboration represents the latest, and most critical, step in a 30-year journey in data center infrastructure,” said Jakob Carnemark, Endeavour’s Founder and CEO. The JIT model aligns delivery with real-time demand, reducing overbuild risks and cutting capital expenditure by up to 90%.

Addressing Industry Challenges

Traditional data centers face lengthy development cycles and inflexible designs, struggling with AI’s power-intensive workloads. Goldman Sachs projects a 165% increase in data center power demand by 2030, driven by AI. This partnership’s modular approach enables 50-60% faster commissioning than industry norms, ensuring scalability for GPU-heavy AI tasks.

Strategic Synergy

Jabil’s $500 million investment in U.S. manufacturing, set to be operational by mid-2026, complements Endeavour’s innovation in sustainable infrastructure. “We’re delivering a data center platform tailor-made for the fast-changing age of AI,” said Matt Crowley, Jabil’s EVP of Global Business Units. The partnership builds on their existing work on over a dozen Edged data centers across North America and Europe.

Industry Impact

The initiative supports the $10.2 billion AI infrastructure market, with hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft expanding rapidly. By reducing costs and enhancing flexibility, Endeavour and Jabil position themselves as leaders in meeting AI-driven demand, with the platform set to launch in Q1 2027.
