Presidio has completed its acquisition of Ergo, an Ireland-based IT solutions and managed services provider, marking a major step in expanding its European presence and strengthening capabilities in cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, and digital transformation.
Presidio, a leading global technology services and solutions provider, has finalized its acquisition of Ergo, a prominent Ireland-headquartered IT solutions and managed services company. This transaction advances Presidio’s European growth strategy by uniting two established players in the digital transformation space, creating a more comprehensive platform to serve clients across the region.
Founded in 1993, Ergo brings over three decades of experience supporting organizations with high-value IT services. Recognized as Ireland’s Microsoft Azure Partner of the Year and an Azure Expert Managed Services Partner, Ergo significantly enhances Presidio’s strategic alignment with Microsoft and other top technology vendors.
The combined organization will leverage expanded technical talent, accelerated innovation, and a strengthened culture of operational excellence to deliver greater value to clients.
The acquisition broadens Presidio’s offerings with deeper expertise in advanced cloud services, managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & AI, digital consulting, license management, and IT resourcing. This positions the combined entity as one of the most innovative and scalable technology services providers in Europe.
