Radtke, who joined the company in September 2024 as Chief Product Officer, will continue in his role as Chief Product and Development Officer while leading the executive team through this transition period until a permanent CEO joins in 2026.

Radtke's career spans key leadership positions in technology and software, equipping him to advance Momentive's mission of empowering purpose-driven organizations. At OnSolve, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, focusing on operational excellence and technological advancements. His earlier roles at Honeywell, JDA Software (now Blue Yonder), RedPrairie, and Teklynx honed his skills in product strategy and development. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with degrees in accounting and management information systems, Radtke brings a blend of financial acumen and technical proficiency to his interim leadership.
