With the acquisition, the company aims to generate more than ₹1,000 crore in revenue from its Microsoft Cloud business over the next few years while creating over 1,000 technology jobs to support global expansion.
Saints & Masters has completed the acquisition of Xencia Technology Solutions, integrating one of India's highly credentialed Microsoft partners into its growing cloud and AI business. The acquisition significantly enhances S&M's Microsoft-focused capabilities while complementing its existing partnerships across major hyperscale cloud providers.
By combining Xencia's Microsoft expertise with its own cloud consulting and execution capabilities, S&M aims to deliver comprehensive cloud transformation and AI solutions for enterprises operating across multiple industries and geographies.
Established in 2010, Xencia has built strong capabilities across Microsoft's technology ecosystem, earning eight Microsoft Advanced Specializations spanning App Modernization, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Modern Work, and Data & AI.
The company also holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS certifications, serves more than 500 cloud customers, employs over 150 Azure-certified professionals, and has completed more than 80 large-scale data center migrations. These capabilities are expected to strengthen S&M's engineering depth and enterprise delivery capabilities.
The acquisition aligns with Saints & Masters' broader strategy of becoming a leading multi-cloud AI orchestration partner. By integrating Xencia's Microsoft Azure expertise, the combined organization plans to help enterprises modernize infrastructure, accelerate cloud adoption, and unlock greater value from AI-powered digital transformation initiatives.

As part of the post-acquisition integration, Xencia's leadership team and more than 350 engineering and delivery professionals will join Saints & Masters. The transaction also builds on S&M's earlier acquisition of Nubinix Technologies, reinforcing its commitment to delivering end-to-end cloud, AI, and digital transformation services for enterprise customers worldwide.
