Saints & Masters (S&M) has acquired Bengaluru-based Xencia Technology Solutions, strengthening its Microsoft Cloud expertise and reinforcing its multi-cloud AI strategy. With the acquisition, the company aims to generate more than ₹1,000 crore in revenue from its Microsoft Cloud business over the next few years while creating over 1,000 technology jobs to support global expansion.

Acquisition Strengthens Microsoft Cloud Capabilities

Saints & Masters has completed the acquisition of Xencia Technology Solutions, integrating one of India's highly credentialed Microsoft partners into its growing cloud and AI business. The acquisition significantly enhances S&M's Microsoft-focused capabilities while complementing its existing partnerships across major hyperscale cloud providers.

By combining Xencia's Microsoft expertise with its own cloud consulting and execution capabilities, S&M aims to deliver comprehensive cloud transformation and AI solutions for enterprises operating across multiple industries and geographies.

Xencia Brings Deep Microsoft Expertise

Established in 2010, Xencia has built strong capabilities across Microsoft's technology ecosystem, earning eight Microsoft Advanced Specializations spanning App Modernization, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Modern Work, and Data & AI.

The company also holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS certifications, serves more than 500 cloud customers, employs over 150 Azure-certified professionals, and has completed more than 80 large-scale data center migrations. These capabilities are expected to strengthen S&M's engineering depth and enterprise delivery capabilities.

Expansion Plans Drive Future Growth
