Oracle Red Bull Racing, a six-time Formula One world champion team, has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to streamline its finance, HR, and customer experience operations. Announced on June 26, 2025, this move aims to enhance productivity, ensure cost cap compliance, and improve both employee and fan experiences through integrated cloud and AI technologies.
Oracle Red Bull Racing is replacing its manual, spreadsheet-based financial planning with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to integrate finance, HR, and customer experience data. “With a fixed annual cost cap that we can’t exceed, we need to make every resource go further and manage our operations as efficiently as possible,” said Matt Cadieux, Chief Information Officer, Oracle Red Bull Racing. The platform leverages predictive, generative, and agentic AI to optimize financial planning, accelerate insights, and maximize budget performance.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), part of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, provides greater visibility into financial data, improving planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) simplifies HR processes, payroll, and talent recruitment while offering detailed workforce insights to enhance employee experience. These tools ensure efficient operations under Formula One’s cost cap regulations.
The team already uses Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) to personalize content, offer members-only rewards, and manage a sophisticated fan loyalty program. By integrating CX with finance and HR data, Oracle Red Bull Racing strengthens its ability to connect with fans, delivering tailored experiences that enhance engagement and loyalty.
Oracle’s cloud and AI technologies have long supported Oracle Red Bull Racing’s on-track success. “Speed, innovation, and efficiency are essential for success in Formula One,” said Steve Miranda, Executive Vice President of Applications Development, Oracle. “With Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Red Bull Racing will be able to embrace continuous innovation and AI-powered automation to support its finance and operations and drive even greater success on and off the track.” The adoption positions the team to maintain its competitive edge in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.
