Circus SE, a global leader in AI software and robotics for autonomous nutrition systems, has been awarded a EUR 2 million research and development grant from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) on August 22, 2025. Advancing the CA-M AI-Robot

The CA-M AI-Robot builds on the proven technology of Circus’ flagship CA-1 robot, extending its capabilities into the defense sector. Designed to eliminate manual labor in complex meal supply chains, the CA-M enables seamless autonomous operation in mission-critical environments, enhancing operational resilience. “With the funding provided by the federal research grant, we can significantly expand our technological development and decisively accelerate the rollout of the CA-M AI-Robot,” said Fabian Becker, CFO of Circus SE.
