Certis Group, Singapore's leading provider of integrated security and operations solutions, has entered a strategic partnership with FieldAI, a US-based pioneer in general-purpose autonomous robots. The collaboration focuses on advancing cost-effective, scalable robotic applications in real-world security operations by integrating advanced autonomy technology with proven operational orchestration.

  • Certis and FieldAI partner to enable large-scale deployment of autonomous robots in multi-site security operations worldwide.
  • FieldAI's Field Foundation Models™ provide map-free, hardware-agnostic autonomy for safe navigation in dynamic, unpredictable environments.
  • Integration with Certis' Mozart™ platform coordinates robots, human teams, workflows, and command systems for seamless operations.
  • Robots will handle routine tasks like patrols and incident detection, freeing personnel for higher-level analysis and response.
  • The partnership targets diverse settings including public infrastructure, transport hubs, commercial facilities, and hazardous locations.
  • FieldAI has opened a Singapore office, with initial focus on security and future expansion into inspection and facilities monitoring.

The partnership addresses growing labor constraints and complexity in the global security industry, which employs over 30 million workers. By combining FieldAI's AI-driven autonomy with Certis' deep operational expertise, the collaboration creates an ecosystem where general-purpose robots work reliably alongside humans at unprecedented scale.

FieldAI's technology enables robots to operate without prior maps, routes, or infrastructure, adapting in real time and sharing learnings across fleets for continuous improvement. When paired with Certis' Mozart™ orchestration platform, this supports applications such as autonomous patrols, real-time incident detection, remote supervision, and coordinated responses while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and accountability.

"The security industry currently employs more than 30 million workers globally, and operates in increasingly complex and labour-constrained environments, where reliability, safety and accountability are non-negotiable," said Ng Tian Beng, President and Group CEO, Certis. "For robotics to be viable at scale, they must integrate seamlessly with human teams, operational workflows and command systems. This partnership with FieldAI reflects our approach of working with leading technology companies to deploy solutions that can perform consistently in live, mission-critical environments."

"The real world is complex and unpredictable. That's why we built autonomy that focuses on managing uncertainty, while learning and improving itself continuously across deployments," said Ali Agha, Chief Executive Officer of FieldAI. "Because the FieldAI brain doesn't need prior maps or pre-planned routes, customers can deploy these systems quickly and scale them across new sites with minimal cost and setup. Certis operates some of the most complex security environments globally, and integrating our autonomy technology with Certis' orchestration and operational platforms allows us to advance these capabilities where it matters most: in live operations at scale."

FieldAI has established an office in Singapore to facilitate ongoing integration and deployments. The companies will exhibit at ISC West 2026 in Las Vegas from March 23–27, 2026. Initial efforts center on security use cases, with plans to explore broader applications in inspection, facilities monitoring, and intelligent field operations. Joint work on training, safety validation, and operational frameworks will ensure responsible, scalable implementation.

The partnership underscores a commitment to practical robotics that enhance human operations, delivering safer, more resilient environments amid rising operational demands and workforce challenges.
