Hexaware Technologies has officially launched a new global delivery center in Cairo, Egypt, further expanding its EMEA footprint. Starting with 100 professionals, the state-of-the-art facility – located in one of Cairo’s premier technology parks – will deliver multilingual customer experience (CX) and digital services in Arabic, English, and major European languages to clients across Egypt, the Middle East, and Europe.
Egypt has emerged as an attractive nearshore destination thanks to its highly educated workforce, strong multilingual capabilities, modern infrastructure, and favorable time zone alignment with both Europe and the Middle East. The new Cairo center enables Hexaware to provide closer, more responsive support to regional clients while enhancing delivery resilience and cost competitiveness for European customers.
The facility will operate under Hexaware’s signature model that blends automation, analytics, and generative AI with skilled human intelligence. This approach ensures faster innovation, higher quality outcomes, and scalable customer experience operations for global enterprises.
