BBVA’s deployment of Google Workspace with Gemini equips its global workforce with generative AI capabilities integrated into tools like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Employees can summarize emails, draft documents, create presentations, and collaborate efficiently on calls. The standalone Gemini app and NotebookLM further support tasks like research, generating audio overviews, and creating reports. As Elena Alfaro, Global Head of AI Adoption at BBVA, stated, “The partnership with Google Cloud allows us to continue transforming how our teams work, make decisions, and collaborate—using the most competitive generative AI models on the market.”
