Zoom's agentic AI platform addresses a key enterprise challenge: while AI assistants summarize discussions, follow-through often remains manual across fragmented systems. By embedding intelligent automation into collaboration and customer experience tools, Zoom transforms meetings, calls, and interactions into automatic triggers for workflows and outcomes.

AI Companion 3.0, now powered by an expanded federated AI tech stack, rolls out across the Zoom platform for secure, context-aware assistance. It connects conversations, enterprise data, and applications to drive results.

Custom AI Companion add-on enables organizations to:

  • Build and deploy custom agents and workflows with no coding, including prebuilt options for Sales, IT, and Marketing.
  • Integrate additional enterprise data via 10 new secure connectors for intelligent retrieval from Salesforce, ServiceNow, Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, and more.
  • Personalize experiences with memory of user roles, preferences, and focus areas for tailored insights.

New AI canvases—Zoom AI Docs, AI Sheets, and AI Slides—allow real-time conversion of meeting insights into documents, analysis, and presentations directly in Zoom Meetings.

Zoom AI Services introduces enterprise-grade APIs for speech, language, reasoning, and image processing, empowering developers to build on Zoom's core AI technologies.

Zoom Workplace: Unified and Agentic Work Platform

The updated Zoom Workplace features a streamlined interface across devices, with AI Companion in a dedicated tab for conversational queries, writing, and automation. Additional capabilities include:

Zoom Contact Center and Revenue Accelerator introduce:
