By chatting with Claude about their preferences and experience, job seekers will get curated, real-time job matches from ZipRecruiter and can browse role details like salary, location, and benefits at a glance on easy-to-read job cards. Job seekers view additional details to learn more about the role and then tap-to-apply directly on ZipRecruiter.

Connect to ZipRecruiter: Find ZipRecruiter in the Claude connector directory (Settings → connectors → Browse connectors) and click "Connect."
Start a search: In a chat, type a job title and/or location to get job results. For example, "find me a retail job in NYC that pays $25 an hour."
Enable connector: When prompted, turn on the ZipRecruiter connector.
Refine results: Narrow results by sharing preferences such as salary, distance, remote work, experience level, employment type, or date posted.
